Thanks for an enjoyable circus skills workshop. The students used the skills they had learned to take part in the local carnival parade. .

The young carers and staff thoroughly enjoyed the Circus Skills Session. They rose to the challenge of learning new skills and the importance of try, try and try again. A thoroughly enjoyable way to spend 2 hours..

Shooting Stars Circus Skills company worked with every year group - from Nursery to Year 4.
The trainer, Paul, was able to adapt to all childrens ages and abilities and provided an educational, stimulating experience for all.

The activities that Paul was able to provide was a great introduction to a weekend Circus event planned by the PTFA that helped to raise funds for school.

We would highly recommend Shooting Starts Circus Skills and hope to book again in the future.

What a great day!\nShooting Stars provided the \"wow factor\" for KS2 in abundance. 147 dads came to 'bring your dad to school\" day and many stayed until the afternoon if their childs workshop was during the afternoon. \nY5- \"circus skills workshops were excellent and children shone who don't normally!\"\n\"Best day of the year\"\nMany staff commented on the impressive equipment, professional skilled performers who knew just how to manage the pupils but maintain fun and excitement - worth every penny!\nMany thanks\nJill Coates .

Our One World Week went fantastically well - due in no small part to the Instructors and their contribution throughout. They got on famously with children and staff and everyone thoroughly enjoyed working with them and learning from them.
If we are able to hold a similar event in the future I will certainly be in touch with you straight away.

It has been exciting watching so many children develop skills and confidence and enjoy performing at the end of the week. Some of the achievements have been quite remarkable. The spontaneous cheers and applause are a testament to the quality of the show..

Parties
The booking was for my daughters 7th birthday party - it was a huge success. Nick was fantastic, he had the childrens attention from the very start and everyone thoroughly enjoyed themselves including me and my husband!

My one very minor criticism is that Nick did need us to help out with supervision of the kids with stilts, tightrope and unicycle. This was right at the time that we were starting to get the party tea ready. We managed ok, but had we known beforehand that we would have to help I would have asked some other parents to stay and lend a hand. This comment mustnt detract from the fact that we thought the party was brilliant and so was Nick!

My suggestion would be that you advertise that you do kids parties on your website, as I dont think its mentioned currently?

Sue Oldham (2001) "I cannot overdo the praise for this day! The children had a fantastic time, and were able to experience activities which were totally new and exciting. It will be a day for them to remember for a long time. Thank you!\nMrs N. Wooltorton Headteacher (2002) "The opportunity for a whole school event gives every child the chance to do something well. Many children experienced success in areas that they had never before succeeded in. We think this type of experience is essential for children.\n2 & 3/3/05 The children were enthusiastic participants. The children reall got a lot out of it. It was wonderful to see the children's concentration as they practised their new skills! Thank you for your attention to behaviour expectations too..

Paul Grainger was superb! He arrived very fresh looking - despite a 3 hour journey. He pitched everything perfectly for our age group and the girls were spellbound all day. Everyone achieved their best, some better than others, but all were proud as punch at the end of the day.\nIt was excellent value for money and we will definitely use Shooting Stars again. The Guides are already asking to do it again. We will be recommending you to others..

\"Paul was excellent, his control of the children was first class and he instructed with confidence and authority. He was very flexible because it was not easy to organise 63 children to be in the right place at the right time and he showed patience and good humour. \nAll the children really enjoyed it and with an age range of 6 yrs to 14 that was no mean feat. Even the four 14 year olds ,who were very sceptical at the start were seen to be enjoying themselves despite the lack of street cred ! During the workshop we had a visit from the Assistant District Commissioner and he was also impressed. I won't hesitate in recommending your team to anyone in the future.\"\n.

Once again we had the most wonderful week with Steve and Jackie. Our Year 2 children have been lucky enough to have enjoyed 3 years of Circus skills and their enthusiasm and excitement was delightful to see. More parents than ever before attended the final show and the feedback from all our staff, pupils and parents was glowing. It is an event we always look forward to and is quite simply the highlight of our year! Thank you Shooting Stars

We have had various workshops come and visit us in the past but they just dont compare to this. The brownies all thought it was brilliant and I know that they were completely in awe of our instructor...he really did impress them and it is often hard to impress 20 9-11 year olds! I have had phonecalls from most of the parents commenting on how fantastic the evening was and how much their girls enjoyed it. At least half of the parents are now looking at contacting Shooting stars for birthday parties or suggesting the company to their childrens school..

I was very impressed with how the Instructor involved all students and made their self esteem soar! He enabled everyone to feel success.
One of the young people visiting our playscheme, for children and young people with special needs, said it was the first time he had achieved! whilst the Instructor helped him to spin four plates at once!
The children loved the day... dressing up too with the hats and waistcoats was a lovely touch which added to the atmosphere.
